Whether participating as a voter or candidate, you must register with the Election Commission of Pakistan. According to the Act of 2017 (27), the citizens can register their vote at a permanent or temporary address.

Method # 1 — Form Submission
Candidate Registration and Data Modification
- Download Form 15
- Print and Write the Required Data
- Submit to local Election Commission District Office
Note: Make sure to type the correct data on the form.
Method # 2 — Display Center
Other than submitting the form, visit the DC near you.
- Visit the Display Center
- Show your National Identity Card at Counter
- Tell about the concern
- Your request will be submitted

Note: Display Centers are also open to serve on Sunday.
Instructions
The form is divided into two sections. In the right column, the applicant writes incorrect data whereas on the left side correct data will be typed. Also, review once the form is completely filled.
Last Date
The last date for change was June 19, 2022. But there is no indication from the Election Commission of Pakistan whether they will extend the deadline or not.
